UVA Class of 2021
and Chicago Bears Rookie

Charles Snowden offers our youth valuable perspective about the importance of personal integrity and striving for excellence, even if we don't like the task. He notes:

  • Family support is vital for student's to be their best.

  • Putting heart and soul into every endeavor leads to the discovery of hidden talents and passions.

  • Having interests outside of athletics  -- like clubs and community service -- broaden student identity. "Football is what I do. It's not who I am."

  • Hard work and respect for others equip us for the journey of life.

Charles hopes to volunteer at City of Promise when he visits Charlottesville. You can read more about the UVA Groundskeepers here.
