PARTNERSHIPS

To fulfill our mission, we rely upon a community of individuals and organizations, all working together in a spirit of common purpose.

In our first decade, City of Promise was an incubator for creating an equitable community.  We have identified gaps in access to services, and we pay fees and facilitate enrollments for partner activities.  Most importantly, we collaborate with partners to avoid duplication, to troubleshoot, and to be catalysts for city-wide change.

Our team works inside schools and collaborates with teachers and administrators.

The city of Charlottesville provides our headquarters at 708 Page Street. We also collaborate with the Alliance for Black Male Achievement.

ReadyKids hosts a playgroup at our Pathway Center, and trauma counseling for teens.
