Zeneida Howard serves as a Family Empowerment Coach at City of Promise, where she combines her deep community roots with a passion for family empowerment. A Charlottesville native raised on Anderson Street—within the original City of Promise footprint—Zeneida brings firsthand knowledge of the community's needs and strengths.

She is a dedicated parent and active advocate for children in Charlottesville City Schools, and she has personally witnessed the positive impact of City of Promise in the lives of her own children.Before stepping into her current role, Zeneida provided critical vital back-office support for City of Promise programs, contributing behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.

She holds associate degrees in Business Administration from both Virginia Commonwealth University and Piedmont Virginia Community College.
